Bio

Ms. Khrystyne Craddock is a long-time nanny and tutor with over eight years of experience in creating educational activities, providing quality and personalized instruction, and discovering inclusive and innovative avenues in modern childcare and tutoring practices.

She began her Think P.I.N.K. journey as a private tutor for her peers in high school, where she helped her fellow students understand Algebraic and Pre-Calculus concepts. She later expanded her services to include Kindergarten through 12th Grade students in varying subjects as well as offering alternative childcare options for nearby families, working under the name Khrystyne Craddock's Tutoring & Childcare Services.

In 2020, while pursuing her degree in Theatre with the hopes of developing skills in Arts Education, she acquired her LLC and transitioned from a passionate education enthusiast to a childcare and tutoring business owner.

Now, Ms. Khrystyne continues to build and strengthen the Think P.I.N.K. legacy by serving families from Hampton to Smyrna with her use of Personalized activities, Individualized curriculum, Nuanced care, and Kindred Experiences; ensuring students and parents alike that they will have a safe space to cultivate an holistic approach to their educational and social development.

Throughout my degree program, I selected courses that helped me develop skills in social emotional learning, professional communications and networking, as well as teaching through the arts. These skills have become the foundations of Think P.I.N.K.'s programs, childcare plans, tutoring sessions and overall company environment.

Over the last seven years, I have gained substantial experience as a K-12 Tutor and a Nanny for preschool and elementary-aged students. During this time, I have dedicated over 7,000 hours to my professional career, cultivating childcare and teaching techniques that meet the academic needs of students while also nurturing the social, developmental, and cultural progression of each family in engaging and innovative ways.
